If you have not enrolled for Internet Banking before, follow the directions below. If you are already a registered Internet Banking customer, click the “Log On” button to enter the secure Internet Banking system.

  • Click on the “Sign Up” button for online enrollment:

  • read and agree to the Internet Banking Agreement

  • complete and submit a brief Online Enrollment form

  • If you would like to mail in your enrollment form, first print out the form using your web browser’s print icon and then complete the information

  • Within 3 – 5 business days we will mail you your temporary Access ID and Password and instructions on how to get started with Internet Banking

Primebank is dedicated to providing you with secure transactions while utilizing Internet Banking services. In order to provide the highest level of protection for your information, we ask that you answer a security question on the enrollment form. If the need arises to authenticate your account in the future, you will be presented with this question that you answered to verify your identity. A possible use of this question could be when you call in because you have forgotten your password and we need to issue a new one. An example of a security question and answer could be, “What is your favorite pastime” and your answer could be “golfing”.
